The Body Contact & Puck Protection Class will work on age specific proper body contact, and help players play more physically (legally). The goal of this class is to give players the confidence and tools to play a physical brand of hockey. Class sizes are limited to 15 players per age group.

Training will include the following:

• Corner battles
• Open Ice scenarios
• Board battles
• Angling
• Puck Protection

Session Length: 5 Weeks (60-minute weekly sessions)
