The Defensive Clinic (by popular demand) will focus specifically on Defenseman. Class sizes will be small to give players an opportunity to work on all of the physical skills and mental strengths needed for defenseman to be dynamic and successful. Each age group will be limited to 10 players (20 total on the ice at a time).

Training will include the following:

• Defensive Skating
• Positioning
• Puck control and escapes
• Shooting
• Defensive specific scenarios
• Defensive specific skills

Session Length: 4-5 Weeks (60-minute weekly sessions)
